Purchases and Shipping
Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled simultaneously. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 24 hours. In stock items will be shipped within 1 business day via ground. If you need your shipment expedited, we are happy to assist. All deliveries must be to a street address, not a post office box. You will be contacted by e-mail with a UPS tracking number when your order leaves our store, and can track your package by going to ups.com/tracking.

Shipping Cost
For heavier items such as boots and coats or more expensive items requiring a higher rate of shipping insurance, there may be additional shipping charges. You will be notified of the correct shipping amount as soon as it is totaled.

Sales Tax
If you live in the state of Indiana, you will be charged sales tax. If you live outside of Indiana there will be no additional tax.

Returns
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the item in its original condition post marked within 7 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, less the total shipping costs. The merchandise must be in its original, new condition with all tickets attached. Merchandise retuned within 7 days will receive a full refund. After 7 days and before 14 days merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit. After 14 days all merchandise is a final sale.

How to Return Your Item
Please email us at jophielonline@jophiel.com to request a return label. The prepaid return label will be emailed to you to affix to the outside of your package. We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference. You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on the package. Your return package can be dropped off at any UPS collection location, or given to your UPS carrier. If you choose to use a different return method we suggest you ensure your package for the full value of the items being returned to protect yourself from loss.

Exchanging Your Item
If you decide to return your item(s) in exchange for additional merchandise, you will receive a store credit for the full amount, including shipping costs. Exchanges will be processed following receipt of returned merchandise. Store credits are redeemable at any time.
