All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Once you have placed your order on the website, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order, unless you cancel your order. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the website or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
All orders are processed and shipped as fast as possible from the date/time the order was placed. If an order is placed before 1pm EST, in most cases it will be processed and shipped out on the same day. During our busy season, the shipment may take longer. Please note, all deliveries must be to a street address, not a PO box. You will be receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is fulfilled. With the confirmation, you'll find a UPS tracking number. You can track your package by going to ups.com/tracking.
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $200+ and under 5lbs. For orders over 5lbs, a shipping fee will be assessed. You will be notified of this charge at checkout, if applicable. Reduced merchandise is always charged shipping. Unfortunately, we do not ship overseas.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not delighted with your purchase, Jophiel will accept a return or exchange of items in new, unworn, unaltered condition and free of damage. The return or exchange must be initiated within 10 days of the order ship date. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 10 days from the receipt of original order. After 20 days, all merchandise is a FINAL SALE. All sale and special order purchases are FINAL SALE at the time of purchase.

How To Exchange Your Order
If you decide to return your item(s) in exchange for merchandise, you will receive a store credit for the full amount, including shipping costs. Exchanges will be processed following receipt of returned merchandise. Store credits does not expire and is redeemable at any time.
