Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not delighted with your purchase, Jophiel will accept a return or exchange of items in new, unworn, unaltered condition and free of damage. The return or exchange must be initiated within 10 days of the order ship date. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item(s) within 10 days from the receipt of original order. After 20 days, all merchandise is a FINAL SALE. All sale and special order purchases are FINAL SALE at the time of purchase.

Sale Items
All sale items are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible to be returned.

Special Orders
At the time you place a special order, you will be charged. Shipping fees, taxes and import duties may apply, where applicable. You will be notified when the special order ships and tracking will be available via UPS.

How to Return Your Order

Please affix your shipping label to the outside of your package. We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for reference. You may use the original packaging, however, be sure to cover any existing labels that may be on the package. We suggest you ensure your package for the full value of the item(s) being returned to protect yourself from loss.

How to Exchange Your Order
If you decide to return your item(s) in exchange for merchandise, you will receive a store credit for the full amount, including shipping costs. Exchanges will be processed following receipt of returned merchandise. Store credits does not expire and is redeemable at any time. Questions regarding available credit may be made via e-mail at jophielonline@jophiel.com.

Refunds
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
  • Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
  • Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.
